Errors with my payment method

Here are some suggestions that you can follow to solve the most common errors reported regarding payment methods.

  • Make sure your debit or credit card allows e-commerce transactions; to confirm it, contact your card issuer.
  • Make sure your debit or credit card allows international charges (does not apply in Mexico); to confirm it, contact your card issuer.
  • When you start your free trial, NO CHARGE IS MADE, but a confirmation of the payment method is made for the equivalent in your local currency of 0.50 dollar cents. Make sure you have sufficient funds for this confirmation.
  • Make sure to correctly capture your debit or credit card details. We only request: Name as it appears on your card, Card number, Expiration date and CVV code of your card.

Extra: American Express cards are not accepted in Argentina.
