Troubleshooting: Web Browser

If you experience:

  • Excessive video buffering (video timed out)
  • Audio synchronization problems
  • No sound
  • “Keep Watching” doesn’t remember where you left off your shows
  • You are requested to log in repeatedly on the website
  • Videos disappear
  • Inability to subscribe
  • Other strange app behavior

Try these basic troubleshooting tips as a first step and see if your web experience improves:

1) Quit and restart your web browser.
2) Restart your computer.
3) Try using an alternative browser like Firefox or Chrome.
4) Refresh your browser’s cache. We recommend you this links to lear how to do it on Chrome and Safari.
5) Restart your internet and / or WiFi modem.
6) Log out of your account and log in again.
7) Make sure all ad blockers are disabled in your web browser.
8) Make sure that all VPNs are disabled in your web browser.
9) Check the speed of your internet connection.
