Why am I having problems with my registration?

If you have problems registering or selecting a series, the padlock appears and you cannot see the content, follow these steps:

From the website:

1. Visit www.europamas.com
2. Click the “7 day free trial” button
3. Enter your name and phone number, and select your country.
4. Enter the email you want to use for your account and create a password.
5. Read and check the boxes to accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
6. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription plan and provide.
7. to your payment details.
8. For your payment information, enter your full name, your credit or debit card number, expiration date and CVC code (security code located on the back of the card).
9. If you have a discount or promotional code, you can enter it now.
10. Once your subscription and payment details are correct, click the finish button.
11. We only make your payment after the 7-day free trial has expired.

From the app:

iPhone or iPad:

1. Download the Europa+ app from the App Store:
2. Launch the Europa+ app and tap on “Get started” or “Sign up for Europa+”.
3. Choose a subscription plan and tap “Continue”. You will be prompted to create an account.
4. On the registration screen, enter your full name, email address, and password of your choice. Your email address and password will be your Europa+ login.
5. Tap on “Subscribe”. You will be prompted to confirm your purchase using your Apple ID. Note: You will not be charged until your free trial period ends.

Now you can stream Europa+!

Android phone or tablet:

1. Download the Europa+ app via the Google Play Store:
2. Launch the Europa+ app and tap “Get started” or “Sign up for Europa+”.
